What is the standard shipping timeframe for orders?
We offer standard shipping which typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental United States. Expedited and overnight shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
What is your return policy for watches?
You can return your unworn Citizen watch in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please ensure all protective films and tags are still attached to be eligible.
Do Citizen watches come with a warranty?
Yes, all Citizen watches purchased through our official store come with a 5-year limited warranty. If you register your watch online, you may be eligible for an additional year of coverage.
Can I have the watch band resized?
Absolutely. While we do not offer custom sizing before shipment, most local jewelers can easily remove links for a perfect fit. We recommend visiting an authorized service center to maintain your warranty.
Are Citizen watches water-resistant?
Most Citizen watches are water-resistant, ranging from 30 meters for dress watches to 200 meters for Promaster dive models. Always check the specific atmospheric pressure rating on your watch's case back.
